We build Expert Advisors, which are automated trading programs, for MetaTrader 5. We currently offer two: MeridianSuperGold for Gold and MeridianSuperBTC for Bitcoin. You attach a bot to a chart, enter your license key, and it trades your own account.

MetaTrader 5 only. It does not run on MetaTrader 4. The bots were developed and tested on Exness accounts. Other brokers that offer a Gold or Bitcoin symbol and allow Expert Advisors should also work, but we cannot guarantee identical behaviour, because symbol names, spreads and rules differ. We suggest testing on a demo account first.

MeridianSuperGold is designed to run on the M2 and M3 charts of Gold at the same time. MeridianSuperBTC runs on the M5 chart of Bitcoin. The setup guide shows how.

No, but it is recommended. The bot only trades while your MetaTrader 5 terminal is open and connected. A VPS keeps it running around the clock without depending on your own computer.

You should be comfortable installing an Expert Advisor in MetaTrader 5 and choosing a sensible lot size for your account. The bot handles entries and exits itself, but you remain responsible for your account, your risk and your decisions.

No. No trading system can guarantee profit, and we do not publish performance promises. Trading leveraged products carries a high risk of loss. Please read the risk disclosure before you buy.

No. The bot does not add to losing positions and does not increase its size after a loss. It holds at most one position per chart at a fixed lot size, which is only adjusted if your broker's minimum, maximum or step requires it.

Yes. Every order is sent with a stop loss and a take profit. Their distances are calculated automatically from current market volatility.

No. You choose the lot size, and the rest is built in. This keeps the bot simple to run and protects the strategy from accidental changes.

Positions that are already open keep their stop loss and take profit at your broker, so they stay protected. The bot cannot open new trades while it is offline. If it cannot complete a license check for 48 hours, it also stops opening new trades until the check succeeds again.

One per chart. With MeridianSuperGold on both M2 and M3, that means up to two Gold positions at the same time. MeridianSuperBTC on M5 holds one position.

You receive a License Key by email. You enter it in the bot's inputs. The bot checks the key with our license server when it starts and then about every 30 minutes. For this you need to allow the address https://script.google.com under Tools, Options, Expert Advisors in MetaTrader.

A license runs on one MT5 account at a time. You can run the bot on several charts of that account, for example Gold on M2 and M3, but you cannot run one license on two accounts at once. You can move it to a different account whenever you like, using your PIN. If you need two accounts running at the same time, you need two licenses.

The PIN appears on your chart the first time the license activates. You need it to move your license to another MT5 account. Save it and keep it private.

Email us at meridiansuperkeys@gmail.com with your License Key and the email address you used when ordering, and we will see how we can help. Please do not put the PIN of an active license in an email to anyone.

No. Each key is made for one bot. A Gold key only works with MeridianSuperGold, and a Bitcoin key only works with MeridianSuperBTC.

The bot stops opening new trades. Positions that are already open remain in your account with their stop loss and take profit, and you can manage them as usual. To keep trading without a gap, renew before your expiry date.

Open the Renew page, enter your License Key, choose how long to extend and pay. The new days are added to your current expiry date. An expired license cannot be renewed, so please renew in time. If it has already expired, you can simply buy a new license.

Yes. We send one email three days before your license expires.

PayPal, debit or credit card through PayPal's guest checkout, and crypto through our payment partner. A PayPal account is not needed to pay by card.

Card and PayPal payments are usually confirmed within moments, and your key is emailed right away. Crypto payments depend on the network and can take from a few minutes to longer.

First check your spam or junk folder and search for "[MSK]". If nothing has arrived a short while after your payment was confirmed, email meridiansuperkeys@gmail.com with your name and your PayPal or crypto transaction reference, and we will send your key.

No. Payments are processed by PayPal and by our crypto payment partner. Your card number never reaches our website or our systems.

Licenses are not refundable once the key has been delivered, unless the key cannot be used. Full details are in the refund policy.
