What we collect, why we collect it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
Meridian Super Bots ("we", "us") provides trading software and license keys for MetaTrader 5. You can contact us about privacy at meridiansuperkeys@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
- Order details: your name, your email address, the bot and plan you bought, the amount, the order reference and the payment status.
- License details: your License Key, your PIN, your expiry date and the history of your renewals.
- Activation and license check data: when the bot checks your license it sends your License Key, your MT5 account number, the name of your trade server and, only when you type it in, your PIN. We also record the time of your activation and of your latest checks. The check does not include your trades, your balance or your open positions.
- Messages you send us: the content of emails you write to us and any screenshots you attach.
- Technical data: when you visit this website, our hosting provider processes standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We do not receive your card number or your crypto wallet keys. Those are handled by the payment providers.
3. Why we use it
- To take your payment, deliver your License Key and email you about your order.
- To run the license check and to stop the Software on accounts that are not licensed.
- To remind you when your license is about to expire.
- To answer your questions and give support.
- To prevent fraud, misuse and unauthorised sharing of licenses.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
4. Who processes your data
We use trusted providers to run the service. They handle data on our behalf or, for payments, in their own right:
- Cloudflare, for website hosting and our checkout service.
- Google, for our license server, order records and email delivery.
- PayPal, for PayPal and card payments.
- NOWPayments, for crypto payments.
These providers may process data in countries other than your own. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not load analytics scripts. Our payment partners may set their own cookies on their own pages when you pay. Please see their policies for details.
6. How long we keep data
We keep order and license records for as long as your license is active and afterwards for as long as we need them for support, security, and legal, tax and accounting purposes. We then delete or anonymise them.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, or to withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, email meridiansuperkeys@gmail.com from the address on your order. We may need to verify your identity first. Some data must be kept for legal reasons, and deleting license data may stop your license from working.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure. Please keep your License Key and PIN private, because anyone who has both can move your license.
9. Children
Our products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
